Mountainhouse Media collaborated with Family First Credit Union and Linden Digital Marketing on the innovative “Do It for the Dog” campaign, designed to attract young first-time homeowners to explore new accounts and mortgage options. To tap into the lifestyle of our target demographic, we centered the campaign around the concept that many are purchasing homes with ample space for their pets rather than starting families right away. The primary 30-second and 15-second spots depict a couple and their dog cramped in an apartment. After checking their savings on the Family First app, they confidently apply for a mortgage and transition to a new home with a spacious backyard, much to their dog’s delight. This narrative perfectly illustrated the idea of buying a home that caters to the needs of their beloved pet. We also produced a 15-second commercial focusing on the general ease of opening new accounts with Family First. This spot features a young woman managing her banking effortlessly from a bathtub, sipping wine, and interacting with the Family First app, emphasizing the message that you can bank anywhere, anytime—even from the bathtub. This creative addition highlighted the convenience of Family First’s mobile banking services. Our comprehensive involvement spanned from creative development to execution, covering casting, location scouting, filming, post-production, and final delivery. Each aspect was tailored to ensure the campaign was relatable and appealing. Following the launch on platforms like Hulu, the campaign significantly boosted new account openings at Family First Credit Union. The effectiveness of these commercials also led to the creation of a case study by Linden Digital Marketing, detailing the strategic execution and impressive results of the campaign.
