Our standard payment terms are 50% due at signing and 50% due upon final approval, prior to delivery of finalized content. Clients may receive a 5% discount by paying 100% at signing. Retainer agreements are billed monthly and require a 12-month commitment. Net 30 payment terms may be approved on a case-by-case basis for agreements exceeding $100,000.

We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments. ACH and credit card payments are preferred. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee in addition to the payment amount.

We offer three types of engagements: Project-Based, Campaign, and Retainer. Project-Based engagements are ideal for short-term initiatives or clients with occasional production needs. Campaign engagements are best suited for problem/solution-driven work with defined goals and timelines, typically spanning 2–6 months. Retainer engagements are designed for clients with ongoing production needs who value flexibility and a long-term creative partnership.

No, raw footage is not available by default in our project proposals. However we are happy to provide raw footage at an additional cost. Raw Footage is an additional expense because we spend time converting files from RAW formats which typically are not useable by teams without a dedicated video teams to more standardized formats which are easier to use without a dedicated video team.
